All customers must meet the minimum requirements if they are to participate or want to participate in an activity. Details on customer requirements are listed in our “Terms and Conditions”, which are presented to the customer with every booking. During the booking process, customers are required to provide all of the following standard information per booking:<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Preferred Language

\n\u2022 Date of birth
\n\u2022 Gender
\n\u2022 Telephone number
\n\u2022 Email
\n\u2022 Height
\n\u2022 Weight
\n\u2022 shoe size<\/p>\n

Physical abilities:
\n\u2022 Swimming skills (weak to good)<\/p>\n

Medical restrictions:
\n\u2022 Medical remarks over the past 5 years (pregnant, allergies, treatments, ear problems, …)
\n\u2022 Diet guidelines
\n\u2022 Contact lenses or people who wear glasses
\n\u2022 Emergency contact (name, relationship, telephone number)
\n\u2022 Any specific cognitive limitation or need<\/p>\n
