We will show you how to steer the boat safely, explain the correct behavior on the water and accompany you on a suitable stretch of the Fiume Ticino, which is ideal for beginners as well as those interested in sports.

You have to take care of the following things yourself:

Swimwear (swimming trunks, swimsuit/bikini) + towel
Change of clothes for after the tour
Any medication you need (asthma spray, allergy medication, etc.)
Food/drink for before/after
Sunscreen waterproof

Procedure:

We meet directly at our base (Agriturismo La Finca) in Cresciano. After a short introduction and handover of the equipment, we walk for 5 minutes to the starting point.
Here we do the safety briefing. Finally we can start! After about 1.5 hours on the river (duration depends on the current) we arrive in Arbedo-Bellinzona.

Transport:

We will take your clothes and valuables from the starting point to Arbedo, where the tour ends.

Option 1

If you are traveling by public transport, you can travel to the starting point in Cresciano (bus stop: Cresciano Paese) and leave directly from the arrival/end point of the canoe tour (bus stop: Abredo Molinazzo).

Option 2

If you are traveling by car, you can park your car either at the start (Agriturismo La Finca) or at the end (parking spaces in front of Camping Bellinzona) and take a public transport route.

We meet directly at our base (Agriturismo La Finca) in Cresciano. After a short introduction and handover of the equipment, we drive 20 minutes (with our own vehicle) to the starting point.
A safety briefing is held here. Finally we can start! After about 3 hours on the river (duration depends on the current) we arrive in Cresciano. Changed clothes again, a purelements® employee will bring you back to the car that we left at the embarkation point.

Our guided canoe tours in Ticino are divided into three levels of difficulty – the right adventure for every level:
– Family: relaxed paddling with children aged 8 and over
– Basic: ideal for beginners with no previous experience
– Pro: sporty, technically more demanding, with more powerful white water
